In mid 2000s, we launched a cultural revolution in our 100+ year old family business. To support it we needed to dramatically upgrade our IT systems. We only had non-networked PCs and needed to install networks, servers, MS exchange and thin client support. “Every technician knows our implementation”

We have a 15+ year relationship with IT That Works^SM. IT support is critical to us because every task we do requires IT systems: customer service, truck service and maintenance, warranty history, repair history, parts inventory control, sales, truck inventory, inter-site communication. All of our devices and systems must work correctly, ANY IT issue can shut us down. We continue to rely on them because we do not have internal competency or available time. They ensure that their entire staff is acquainted with our installation. Other support companies I have worked with will provide a technician who is not familiar with our implementation and we must train that technician on every issue.

This is not the case with IT That Works^SM! We are no longer concerned about IT related issues and those issues are no longer on my plate. I can turn them over to IT That Works^SM with confidence that project and support work will be done professionally which reduces my stress and frees me to focus on tasks which improve company profitability.
